Elizabeth Stelling – owner and founder of CookAppeal, LLC and CookAppeal Food & Wine Experience (linked)- A boutique catering, event planning, personal and customized chef services, and food and wine pairing/tasting events.
Chef Elizabeth was educated in Culinary Arts at CCCCD in Texas (she hails from Dallas) and has more than 30 years of experience in the food industry as a chef, server, caterer, manager, business owner, and educator in wine and food pairing. She worked for the director, Karen Musa, CCCCD, and taught Culinary Basics at Isle Youth Build in Trenton, NJ. Elizabeth enjoys attending continuing education classes in food and wine.
She is a published writer- sharing about her food and wine experiences through her website and blogs, as well as her passions through poetry. Chef ‘E’ is currently part of ‘Crop To Cuisine Poet Society’ on Crop To Cuisine Radio Pod Cast out of Boulder Colorado.
Member of American Wine Society- Princeton, NJ and Slow Food- New Jersey, she also writes about her experimental food and wine journeys at Food ~ Wine ~ Fun! Blog
